Sharing & retention
Data transmitted to authorized subcontractors (hosting, analytics, payment). In the mobile app: sign-in goes through Firebase Authentication, with Google or Apple; notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging, which receives a token specific to the install; the device model is read by device_info_plus to attach that token to the right device; crash and performance reports go to Datadog, and can be switched off under Settings, Privacy, Usage data. Retention periods: usage + 3 years (inactivity), tax obligations up to 10 years, cookies up to 13 months.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, portability. From the mobile app, account deletion lives under Settings, Danger zone, Delete my account: the account is anonymised and signing in again with the same address fails. Exercise your rights at support@wethetrack.com.
