Preamble
These GTSU govern the use of the WE THE TRACK website and application. They define the rights and obligations of the parties (users, beatmakers and WE THE TRACK).
Definitions
- “Fee”: amount paid in exchange for download and license.
- “Beatmaker”: producer making recordings available.
- “User”: any person using the platform.
- “Account” / “Beatmaker Profile”: personal space on the platform.
- “Recording”: audio work offered for licensing.
Purpose
To set the conditions of access and use of the platform and associated services. Some features may be governed by specific conditions (e.g. Beatmaker TOU, License Agreement).
Services
- Hosting and listing of recordings
- Connecting users and beatmakers
- License offer management (exclusive or non-exclusive)
- Payment via Stripe and download delivery
Accounts and access
Account creation required for certain actions. The user is responsible for the security of their credentials. Age conditions may apply.
Offers and payment
- Prices set by WE THE TRACK or negotiated between parties
- Payment processing via a service provider (Stripe)
- Email confirmation and recording availability
- Waiver of right of withdrawal for digital content (L.221-28)
Liability
WE THE TRACK acts as a host/platform operator. Best-efforts obligation, availability, maintenance and security according to industry standards. Limits and exclusions specified by the GTSU.

Content management and reporting
Code of ethics, respect for rights, procedure for reporting illegal content.
Personal data
Applicable law & disputes
French law. Mediation/competent court procedures depending on the party's status.
